About us
Here to show you why Rtanj and Ozren are unlike anything else in Europe.
We didn't plan to become the kind of family that spends every weekend on a trail instead of the couch. It just happened.
It started with one route, then another, then a third we reached for because there's always one more. Hard to say when it stopped being free time and started looking like a plan for life.
The kid learned to sleep in a bike seat before learning to walk. That's how we like to tell it.
This site came from a practical need — to gather the routes we love, the gear we trust, and the places worth visiting. We wrote for ourselves, then realised it might be useful to someone else.
No big philosophy here. Just trails that teach you more about yourself than you asked for, and places where you understand why you started.
Welcome.

Your guide
Vladimir
Every trail in this guide was personally scouted, ridden, and mapped by me across multiple seasons.
I know where the mud dries first, which descent is best at sunset, and where to stop for the view that makes every guest reach for their phone. No two rides are the same — and no two guest groups get the exact same itinerary.

The destination
Sokobanja, Rtanj & Ozren
Why this place is unlike any other eMTB destination in Europe.
Sokobanja
A spa town with thermal baths, clean mountain air, and excellent food. 40 minutes from Niš international airport with direct connections to Belgrade, Vienna, London and beyond. Undiscovered by most Western European travelers — for now.
Rtanj
The pyramidal peak at 1,565m is one of the most extraordinary geological formations in the Balkans. Its near-perfect triangular shape has attracted researchers, explorers, and now mountain bikers who make the pilgrimage to its summit. It looks like no other mountain in Europe — and rides like no other mountain, either.
Ozren
The forested plateau above Sokobanja. Perfect for beginners and those who want flowing singletrack rather than technical climbing. Wildlife is abundant — deer, foxes, and eagles are regular sightings. The perfect warm-up mountain before Rtanj.
